Hodgkinsons disease- Radiotherapy? - hodgkinsons disease more condition_symptoms

Hi, I just found out that one of my friends have the disease, and Hodgkinson for radiotherapy. Radiation and chemotherapy does not mean it is less dangerous? Not much in this area so any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
